A brand new work in 2020
During lockdown, it occurred to me that it would be nice to recognise 2020 as a new brith. So with that I wrote Requiem 2020. It's based on the original latin text but includes English text in places, each segment is dedicated to an event in 2020. Covid, Climate change, BLM are a few.

I was commissioned by Wells Cathedral school to write a piece that could accommodate every level of player, from virtuoso to absolute beginner. Duck to Diva is a double reed piece and the first of the 0 to 60 series. A series that will hopefully encourage young players to be inspired by music.
